- Fero M SIA reserves the right to adjust the amount of scrap metal, taking into consideration non-metal admixtures and impurities.
The prices are determined based on the amount and quality of the scrap metal.
VAT is not applied to scrap metal, pursuant to Section 13.5, Paragraph 5 of the Law on Value Added Tax.
According to the Law on Personal Income Tax (01.01.2012), dated 01 January 2012, when purchasing scrap metal from private entities, income tax shall be withheld in the amount of 10%.
